Simply Good: Black History Edition

This February commemorates the United States’ 44th celebration of Black History Month. When President Gerald Ford first established its observance in 1976, he encouraged Americans to, “seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.” With that same spirit, we want to seize this opportunity to honor the accomplishments of just a few of the most prominent black history-changers today.
